释义	法律分析：证人证言，是指证人就自己所知道的与案件有关的情况向司法机关所作的陈述。证据的一种。一般以口头形式表达，由询问人员制作成笔录，必要时，也可以允许证人亲笔书写证言。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十三条经人民法院通知，证人应当出庭作证。有下列情形之一的，经人民法院许可，可以通过书面证言、视听传输技术或者视听资料等方式作证：（一）因健康原因不能出庭的；（二）因路途遥远，交通不便不能出庭的；（三）因自然灾害等不可抗力不能出庭的；（四）其他有正当理由不能出庭的。
