法律分析：撤销债务人放弃到期债权行为纠纷问题:第一，未经司法确认的调解协议，性质上与债务人和次债务人自行达成的和解协议相同,仅具有一般生效合同的效力。 债务人在此类调解协议中放弃到期债权并对债权人造成损害的，债权人有权行使撤销权，诉请法院撤销调解协议。第二，经公证机关公证的调解协议,虽可作为申请强制执行的根据,但并不具有像法院调解书或者经司法确认的调解协议那样强的法律效力。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国人民调解法》 第七条 侵害案外人合法权益的 调解协议,法院不予确认其效力。
