人寿保险公司不能倒闭是宪法的规定么？

不是的。保险法规定，经营有人寿保险业务的保险公司，除因分立、合并或被依法撤销外，不得解散。因此，在我国，保险公司破产仅对财产保险公司而言，寿险公司是不会倒闭的。
