释义	法律分析：户口在拆迁区域，60周岁以上无子女的老龄人，经民政部门确认具备“五保户”条件，无能力购房的，经本人申请，原房仅补偿房屋重置评估价后，由政府给予妥善安置或由拆迁人提供不大于60平方米公寓房供其居住使用，不享有产权。居住人去世后由产权人收回。法律依据：《农村五保供养工作条例》第六条老年、残疾或者未满16周岁的村民，无劳动能力、无生活来源又无法定赡养、抚养、扶养义务人，或者其法定赡养、抚养、扶养义务人无赡养、抚养、扶养能力的，享受农村五保供养待遇。
