释义	法律分析：逾期未交电费的应当承担缴纳违约金。法律依据：《供电营业规则》第九十八条用户在供电企业规定的期限内未交清电费时，应承担电费滞纳的违约责任。电费违约金从逾期之日起计算至交纳日止。每日电费违约金按下列规定计算： 1、居民用户每日按欠费总额的千分之一计算； 2、其他用户：（1）当年欠费部分，每日按欠费总额的千分之二计算；（2）跨年度欠费部分，每日按欠费总额的千分之三计算。电费违约金收取总额按日累加计收，总额不足1元者按1元收取。
