释义	非法改身份证年龄，是违法行为，会受到罚款、拘留等行政处罚，情节严重的，涉嫌变造国家机关证件罪。公民在申请领取、换领、补领居民身份证期间，急需使用居民身份证的，可以申请领取临时居民身份证，公安机关应当按照规定及时予以办理。具体办法由国务院公安部门规定。《刑法》第二百八十条伪造、变造、买卖或者盗窃、抢夺、毁灭国家机关的公文、证件、印章的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利，并处罚金;情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
