释义	法定代表人指依法律或公司章程规定代表法人行使职权的负责人。我国法律实行单一法定代表人制，一般认为法人的正职行政负责人为其惟一法定代表人。法定代表人与公司法人在内部关系上也往往是劳动合同关系，故法定代表人属于雇员范畴。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十一条依照法律或者法人章程的规定，代表法人从事民事活动的负责人，为法人的法定代表人。法定代表人以法人名义从事的民事活动，其法律后果由法人承受。法人章程或者法人权力机构对法定代表人代表权的限制，不得对抗善意相对人。
