释义	法律分析：在试用期内只做6天，提出辞职是有工资的，劳动者在试用期期间辞职，只需要提前三天通知用人单位，劳动单位按照约定应当给予相应的工资待遇。劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第九条劳动监察用人单位违反国家规定，拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬，或者拖欠工伤医疗费、经济补偿或者赔偿金的，劳动者可以向劳动行政部门投诉，劳动行政部门应当依法处理。
