释义	法律分析：是需要的。法律依据：《企业经营范围登记管理规定》第五条申请许可经营项目，申请人应当依照法律、行政法规、国务院决定向审批机关提出申请，经批准后，凭批准文件、证件向企业登记机关申请登记。审批机关对许可经营项目有经营期限限制的，登记机关应当将该经营期限予以登记，企业应当在审批机关批准的经营期限内从事经营。申请一般经营项目，申请人应当参照《国民经济行业分类》及有关规定自主选择一种或者多种经营的类别，依法直接向企业登记机关申请登记。
