释义	不能。根据铁路部门规定，取火车票时需要出示有效身份证件，才能取票，过期身份证属于无效证件。持本人过期身份证取票时，可至火车站铁路公安制证窗口办理临时身份证，然后使用临时身份证明到窗口取票。如果身份证过期，其它身份证明，如护照等也有效。法律依据《铁路旅客车票实名制管理办法》第五条实行实名购买车票的，购票人应当提供乘车人的有效身份证件原件或者复印件。通过互联网、电话等方式实名购票的，购票人应当提供真实准确的乘车人有效身份证件信息；取票时，应当提供乘车人的有效身份证件原件或者复印件。
