释义	法律分析：在安居房上市前不可以卖。《深圳市国家机关事业单位住房制度改革若干规定》指出，安居房上市前，违反安居房管理规定，转卖安居房的，由住宅管理部门或原产权单位按原价收回其转卖的安居房，同时由市住宅管理部门处以其违法所得三倍以下的罚款，并可依法予以行政处分。法律依据：《深圳市安居型商品房建设和管理暂行办法》第二十五条建设单位应当及时公布安居型商品房销售情况。建设单位为企业的，不得自行出售安居型商品房。自行出售的，市房地产登记机关不得办理该房产的登记手续。
