释义	法律分析: 当事人带上印鉴卡，营业执照，章，身份证去银行办理即可。要销基本户，必须把在所有银行开的和当事人公司同名的账户全部销户（包括临时户、非基本户等等）。纳税人被列入非正常户超过三个月的，税务机关可以宣布其税务登记证件失效，其应纳税款的追征仍按《税收征管法》及其《实施细则》的规定执行。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十八条公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
