释义	法律分析：不合法。我国相关法律法规规定，在银行开立存款帐户的法人以及其他组织之间，必须具有真实的交易关系或债权债务关系，才能使用银行承兑汇票。银行承兑汇票不能背书转让给个人。银行承兑汇票背书转让：背书转让无须经票债务人同意。在票据背书转让时，行为人无须向票据债务人发出通知或经其承诺。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第十条：票据的签发、取得和转让，应当遵循诚实信用的原则，具有真实的交易关系和债权债务关系。
