释义	法律分析：符合一定条件的不需回户口所在地考试。从2013年起，外省户籍进城务工人员及其他非本地户籍就业人员随迁子女，具有省内高中阶段教育学籍并在省内完成三年高中阶段教育学习，且监护人有合法稳定职业、在现居住地有合法稳定住所（含租赁）的，可在参加高考。法律依据：《中华人民共和国义务教育法》第三条义务教育必须贯彻国家的教育方针，实施素质教育，提高教育质量，使适龄儿童、少年在品德、智力、体质等方面全面发展，为培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义建设者和接班人奠定基础。
