释义	法律分析：劳动合同到期，应在1个月内续签合同。如果不签，可以主张2倍工资，而且劳动监察部门会默认为你们存在无固定期限劳动合同。如果公司解除合同，应支付补偿金，也就是平时我们说的遣散费。劳动法规定6个月以上须支付1个月工资，然后每六个月补偿1个月的，但是这是合理解除劳动合同，无故解除要支付双倍的工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十六条员工有权要求单位支付经济补偿。第四十七条员工有权要求单位支付双倍工资经济补偿。
