释义	承揽合同应当属于雇佣关系。《民法典》第七百七十条规定：“承揽合同是承揽人按照定作人的要求完成工作，交付工作成果，定作人支付报酬的合同。承揽包括加工、定作、修理、复制、测试、检验等工作。”雇佣关系是指受雇人向雇佣人提供劳务，雇佣人支付相应报酬形成权利义务关系，承揽合同就是承揽人向定作人提供劳务，按照定作人的要求完成工作，然后定作人支付报酬。因此承揽合同应当属于雇佣关系。法律依据《民法典》第七百七十条
