公司欠工资可以告股东吗
释义
法律主观：
公司欠钱不应该起诉股东而应该起诉公司。因为公司具有独立法人地位，以其全部的财产承担公司债务。股东以其出资份额或者持股比例对公司债务承担法律责任，但股东虚假出资或者抽逃出资等出资瑕疵时，以其欠出资范围对公司债务承担连带责任。

第三条
公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。
有限责任公司的股东以其认缴的出资额为限对公司承担责任；
股份有限公司的股东以其认购的股份为限对公司承担责任。
