释义	法律分析：无效的。根据《农村土地承包法》的规定，耕地的承包期为三十年，草地承包期为三十至五十年，林地承包期为三十年至七十年。如果是承包经营权流转，也只能在原承包人的剩余承包期内进行流转，不能超出剩余承包期。如果确认是土地承包经营合同，那么这个期限是无法受法律保护的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第二十一条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的耕地承包期届满后再延长三十年，草地、林地承包期届满后依照前款规定相应延长。
