释义	法律分析: 根据规定，民族已经市级以上民族工作部门确认的，公民可向户口所在地公安机关申请核准变更。凭本人或父母提出的书面申请报告、市级以上民族事务委员会证明、户口簿，由派出所户籍内勤民警受理，逐级呈报，经市公安局社区警务指导处审批才可办理。法律依据: 《中国公民民族成份登记管理办法》第八条未满十八周岁的公民变更民族成份，应当由其父母或者其他法定监护人提出申请；年满十八周岁的公民申请变更民族成份，应当由其本人提出申请。
