释义	法律分析：不需要。三方就业协议书不同于劳动合同。毕业生签订就业协议时仍然是学生身份，但是签订劳动合同时应当是劳动者身份。劳动合同一经签订，就业协议的效力应当丧失。若劳动合同与三方协议附件内容矛盾，则以劳动合同为准。《劳动合同法》第十条建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者在用工前订立劳动合同的，劳动关系自用工之日起建立。
