释义	法律分析：中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》是为了规范出境入境管理，维护中华人民共和国的主权、安全和社会秩序，促进对外交往和对外开放，制定的法律。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百一十五条负责办理护照、签证以及其他出入境证件的国家机关工作人员，对明知是企图偷越国（边）境的人员，予以办理出入境证件的，或者边防、海关等国家机关工作人员，对明知是偷越国（边）境的人员，予以放行的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
