释义	已经发生犯罪结果并且还因为其他情形需要加重处理当然是既遂。结果加重犯，是指行为人所实施的犯罪行为，发生了犯罪结果，同时又造成了法定的重结果，因而刑法对其规定了较重法定刑的犯罪。有的学者认为，结果加重犯是由双重罪过形式构成的犯罪，由于行为人对加重结果是出于过失，而过失犯罪中不存在犯罪未遂问题，因此相应地也就不存在既遂形态。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第六十二条从重处罚与从轻处罚犯罪分子具有本法规定的从重处罚、从轻处罚情节的，应当在法定刑的限度以内判处刑罚。
