释义	法律分析：可以。当事人对自己提出的诉讼请求所依据的事实或者反驳对方诉讼请求所依据的事实有责任提供证据加以证明。没有证据或者证据不足以证明当事人的事实主张的，由负有举证责任的当事人承担不利后果，一方当事人认为已经履行了给付货款的义务，并提供发票，对方不予承认的应由不承认的一方承担举证责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法实施细则》第三十三条填开发票的单位和个人必须在发生经营业务确认营业收入时开具发票，未发生经营业务一律不准开具发票。
