释义	法律分析：车内灯开着开车不违法。但是会影响司机的视线，不安全。汽车跟着前车近距离行驶时不得使用远光灯，只能使用近光灯，否则会影响前车驾驶员观察道路。要从后车超车，先用远、近变光告知前方汽车，待前车让路后，将远光灯变为近光灯，打开左转向信号灯并超车，超越后与被超越汽车拉开一定安全距离后再打开右转向信号灯，驶回原车道，然后关掉转向灯。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第六十八条驾驶机动车不按规定使用灯光的，处警告或者罚款20元以上200元以下罚款，记1分。
