释义	法律分析：停电造成的损失不应由供电企业承担，对给他人造成损失的，只赔偿直接损失，不赔偿间接损失。停电没有造成损害，供电企业就不会赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十三条因自然灾害等原因断电，供电人应当按照国家有关规定及时抢修；未及时抢修，造成用电人损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
