释义	法律分析：刑满释放人员监管规定我国并不会对对刑满释放人员进行监管,而是实行安置帮教工作,即非强制性的引导、扶助、教育和管理活动。法律依据：《上海市安置帮教工作规定》第七条监管场所应当在服刑劳教人员刑满释放、解除劳动教养(以下简称刑释解教)前三十日，将有关信息通知区县司法行政部门、公安机关以及乡镇、街道司法行政机构。乡镇、街道司法行政机构应当在服刑劳教人员刑释解教前，告知其家属将其接回;对有特殊困难或者有其他特殊情况的刑释解教人员，应当帮助其返回居住地。
