释义	劳动关系转移是将员工的劳动关系由原用人单位转移至另外一家新用人单位，在此过程中需要由原用人单位、新用人单位与员工一起签署三方协议，员工与原用人单位解除劳动关系，与新用人单位建立劳动关系。《劳动合同法》第三十三条，用人单位变更名称、法定代表人、主要负责人或者投资人等事项，不影响劳动合同的履行。《劳动合同法》第三十四条，用人单位发生合并或者分立等情况，原劳动合同继续有效，劳动合同由承继其权利和义务的用人单位继续履行。
