释义	法律分析：如果当事人在合同中约定了合同的期限的，则合同有时间限制，期限期满时失效；如果当事人在合同中没有约定合同期限，一般情况下该合同的时间限制为合同约定的义务已经履行完毕时终止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。第五百零二条依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
