释义	法律分析：军产房非经批准不能买。未经批准擅自出售军队现有住房的，或者增加扩大优惠政策变相低价出售军队现有住房的，对其主管人员和直接责任人依法追究责任。法律依据：《军队现有住房出售管理办法》第四条出售军队现有住房，必须经军区级单位审查并报总后勤部批准，由售房单位组织实施。　　　　第六条对违反本办法规定，未经批准擅自出售军队现有住房，增加或者扩大优惠政策变相低价出售住房的主管人员和直接责任人，依据《中国人民解放军纪律条令》的有关规定给予处分；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
