释义	法律分析：根据我国有关劳动者休假的规定，休年假或者其他有关假期是劳动者自己决定的，当然单位也可根据公司的生产具体情况和劳动者的个人意愿安排假期，一般情况下理应同意劳动者休假的，只有在实在忙不过来时才和劳动者协调晚一点再休，但绝对不是强制调休。同时非因个人原因放假，公司是应按照正常工作时间来支付劳动报酬的，即也不能强制调休。法律依据：《职工带薪年休假条例》第五条单位根据生产、工作的具体情度况，并考知虑职工本人意愿，统筹安排职工年休假。年休假在1个年度内可以集中安排，也可以分段安排。
