释义	法律分析：公司拖欠工资,即可向劳动局劳动监察大队投诉、或者申请劳动仲裁,要求公司支付工资。在劳动者投诉或者申请仲裁的情况下,应当由公司证明已经支付工资。如果公司不能证明,则应当立即支付拖欠的工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第八条对完成一次性临时劳动或某项具体工作的劳动者，用人单位应按有关协议或合同规定在其完成劳动任务后即支付工资。第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
