打开微信，搜索“街道社区卫生服务中心”公众号。进入公众号，点击“预防接种”—“自助建档”。进入接种告示，点击“下一步，信息预登记”。阅读并同意用户隐私条款，点击“确定”。填写接种信息，点击“确认提交”。提交成功，生成“疫苗接种预登记码”即可。

第四十一条 国务院卫生健康主管部门制定国家免疫规划；国家免疫规划疫苗种类由国务院卫生健康主管部门会同国务院财政部门拟订，报国务院批准后公布。国务院卫生健康主管部门建立国家免疫规划专家咨询委员会，并会同国务院财政部门建立国家免疫规划疫苗种类动态调整机制。省、自治区、直辖市人民政府在执行国家免疫规划时，可以根据本行政区域疾病预防、控制需要，增加免疫规划疫苗种类，报国务院卫生健康主管部门备案并公布。
第四十二条 国务院卫生健康主管部门应当制定、公布预防接种工作规范，强化预防接种规范化管理。国务院卫生健康主管部门应当制定、公布国家免疫规划疫苗的免疫程序和非免疫规划疫苗的使用指导原则。省、自治区、直辖市人民政府卫生健康主管部门应当结合本行政区域实际情况制定接种方案，并报国务院卫生健康主管部门备案。
第四十三条 各级疾病预防控制机构应当按照各自职责，开展与预防接种相关的宣传、培训、技术指导、监测、评价、流行病学调查、应急处置等工作。
