事业单位的基本 工资 分为： 岗位工资 和 薪级工资 ，其中岗位工资是由职称或职级决定的，而薪级工资是由可计算 工龄 的在校时间和工作时间决定的。 可计算工龄的在校时间是指全日制专科以上学历的，从入学的那一年起计算工龄。比如学历是本科，工龄就从本科入学的那一年起算再加上工作时间计算。再者，晋升岗位的时间也决定了薪级工资的档次，假如晋升职称的时间比别人要晚的话，工资也会有很大差别的。工资不一样，一是要看学历和入学时间，二是看晋升职称的时间。
