释义	大部分情况下，信用卡逾期原则上是不能减免利息，但是满足以下情况，是可以减免的。 1、银行问题：如果是银行方面原因造成信用卡逾期产生利息，那么持卡人可以要求银行减免利息。 2、不可抗拒因素：如果持卡人因重大疾病、失业、破产等不可抗拒因素导致逾期，可以主动跟银行说明情况，然后提交资料证明，银行酌情考虑后，会减免利息的。 3、其他原因：如果持卡人在还款日前已经与银行达成延期还款方案，但是还款日当天银行仍扣款，这样产生的逾期利息，也可以要求银行减免的。
