入职半年离职后还能重新入职吗

入职半年离职后，一般情况下，是可以重新入职的，只要用人单位和劳动者双方同意就可以。我国《劳动合同法》没有对此作出限制性的规定，也不会作出这方面的规定——因为我国有关劳动方面的法律、法规和政策是鼓励充分就业。

《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三条 订立劳动合同，应当遵循合法、公平、平等自愿、协商一致、诚实信用的原则。
