释义	法律分析：公司宣布破产重整的话，股票有两种处理方式： 1、公司破产清算，那么，只有等到公司拍卖掉所有的资产，还清所有负债之后，仍有多的资产才可以供所有股东按持股比例分配。 2、股票转移至三板市场交易。如果公司在未来连续三年盈利，可再次申请到主板交易。法律依据：《中华人民共和国破产法》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定清理债务。企业法人有前款规定情形，或者有明显丧失清偿能力可能的，可以依照本法规定进行重整。
