签了合同还能改首付比例吗？

法律分析：
合同生效之后，对双方都有法律约束力，一方不按合同履行义务，对方可以主张违约责任。如果合同明确约定了首付款，改变首付款属于变更合同，需要合同双方当事人协商一致同意，否则无法变更。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第四百六十五条 依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
