释义	法律分析：当前我国劳动法对工资发放时间没有作出具体的规定，工资具体的发放时间可以由用人单位与劳动者自行协商确定，但是协商确定的时间不可以违背至少每月支付一次工资的原则。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十七条规劳动合同解除或终止后，用人单位应当按照劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付经济补偿。六个月以上不满一年的，按一年计算;不满六个月的，支付半个月工资的经济补偿。
