释义	法律分析：产权证上有两人或者两人以上名字的，则会有一个人成为主户主，即持证人。持证人在该套房屋中，除了作为产权证的持有者，与该套房屋的其他产权人没区别。在产权份额上，有约定的按约定来执行，没做约定的，则按共同共有来分配。持证人没有特殊权利。有些地方没有标记持证人，房产证上只有产权人。如是两人联名购买，可选择共同共有，或按份共有。法律依据：《民法典》第二百九十九条共同共有人对共有的不动产或者动产共同享有所有权。
