兼职合同是随时可以停止。兼职属于非全日制用工，双方当事人任何一方都可以随时通知对方终止用工。终止用工，用人单位不向劳动者支付经济补偿，也不得约定试用期。
兼职合同时间的期限：
劳动合同签订几年都是可以的，法律没有限制性规定。理论上，签订1天的劳动合同，也是有效的。所以，劳动合同的期限，双方协商即可。
此外，有下列情形之一，劳动者提出或者同意续订、订立劳动合同的，除劳动者提出订立固定期限劳动合同外，应当订立无固定期限劳动合同：
（一）劳动者在该用人单位连续工作满十年的；
（二）用人单位初次实行劳动合同制度或者国有企业改制重新订立劳动合同时，劳动者在该用人单位连续工作满十年且距法定退休年龄不足十年的；
（三）连续订立二次固定期限劳动合同，且劳动者没有《劳动合同法》第三十九条和第四十条第一项、第二项规定的情形，续订劳动合同的。用人单位自用工之日起满一年不与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，视为用人单位与劳动者已订立无固定期限劳动合同。
综上所述，现在很多人除了正式上班外，还去别的单位做兼职。和正式工不同，兼职人员随时辞职都可以，不受到劳动合同法的束缚。同时，作为用人单位，也能随时和兼职人员解除劳动关系。希望以上回答对您有所帮助。

第六十八条 非全日制用工，是指以小时计酬为主，劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时，每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式。
