《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》
第一条 为了规范国有土地上房屋征收与补偿活动，维护公共利益，保障被征收房屋所有权人的合法权益，制定本条例。
第二条为了公共利益的需要，征收国有土地上单位、个人的房屋，应当对被征收房屋所有权人（以下称被征收人）给予公平补偿。
