释义	法律分析: 在我国,人大代表的选举产生有两种基本方式,一种是直接选举,即由选民直接选举人大代表.根据选举法规定,县、乡两级人大代表由选区选民直接选举产生。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国选举法》第二条全国人民代表大会的代表，省、自治区、直辖市、设区的市、自治州的人民代表大会的代表，由下一级人民代表大会选举。不设区的市、市辖区、县、自治县、乡、民族乡、镇的人民代表大会的代表，由选民直接选举。
