释义	法律分析：目前出省不需要进行核酸检测。深圳市和东莞市自7月6日零时起，取消“持48小时核酸阴性证明出省”的管控措施。广州市和佛山市自7月3日零时起，取消“持48小时核酸阴性证明出省”的管控措施。法律依据：《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》第三十二条港口、机场、铁路疾病预防控制机构以及国境卫生检疫机关发现甲类传染病病人、病原携带者、疑似传染病病人时，应当按照国家有关规定立即向国境口岸所在地的疾病预防控制机构或者所在地县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门报告并互相通报。
