释义	停薪留职合同是指为了使特定职工有期限离岗停薪并保留职工身份，而由用人单位与该职工依法签订的，约定停薪留职期间双方相互权利和义务的合同。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《劳动人事部、国家经济委员会关于企业职工要求“停薪留职”问题的通知》的规定，停薪留职的时间一般不超过二年。停薪留职期间，不升级，不享受各种津贴、补贴和劳保福利待遇；因病、残而基本丧失劳动能力的，可按退职办法处理。停薪留职人员在从事其他收入的工作时，原则上应按月向原单位缴纳劳动保险金，其数额不低于本人原工资的20%。
