释义	债权质押后，债权人是不会变更的。债权人把债权质押给别人后，不履行到期债务或者发生当事人约定的实现质权的情形，对方就有权就该债权优先受偿。同时债权人变更是指债权人可以将债权的全部或者部分转让给第三人，也就是说只有债权人把债权转让给别人之后，债权人才会变更为第三人的。因此债权质押和债权人变更是两种不同的情况，是不会一起发生的，债权人把债权质押后，只会产生质押的效力，不会发生债权转让的效力。法律依据《民法典》第四百四十条、第五百四十五条
