法律分析:
我国刑法规定的重大原则之一是适用刑法人人平等。在刑法面前没有性别之分，，任何人在适用刑法上一律平等。只要该行为人的行为触犯了刑法，构成犯罪的，都将被追究刑事责任。男生强吻女生可能会构成强制猥亵罪，刑法修正案九修改后女生强吻男生同样也可能会构成强制猥亵罪。故女生强吻男生同样犯法。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第四条 对任何人犯罪，在适用法律上一律平等。不允许任何人有超越法律的特权。
