健康卡和健康证有什么区别

法律分析：健康卡属于个人健康档案资料，主要运用于个人医疗保健需求；健康证则是持证人 无法定职业禁忌的证明资料，多在服务领域使用，是生产经营服务单位申办卫生许可证、服务许可证等法定证件的必备条件之一。
法律依据：《公共场所卫生管理条例》 第七条 公共场所直接为顾客服务的人员，持有“健康合格证”方能从事本职工作。患有痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎、活动期肺结核、化脓性或者渗出性皮肤病以及其他有碍公共卫生的疾病的，治愈前不得从事直接为顾客服务的工作。
