释义	法律分析：法律上没有规定如何确定恋爱关系。确定恋爱关系靠个人，如果双方感觉对方适合自己，并且对双方的家庭，各种条件，脾气性格都很合适，觉得可以交往，并且结婚为目的，这样就算是确定恋爱关系，在一起正式谈恋爱。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释(一)》第三条当事人提起诉讼仅请求解除同居关系的，人民法院不予受理；已经受理的，裁定驳回起诉。当事人因同居期间财产分割或者子女抚养纠纷提起诉讼的，人民法院应当受理。
