释义	法律分析：保证人与保证金不可以并用。对于被取保候审的人，决定机关不能同时要求其提出保证人并交纳保证金，在提出保证人和交纳保证金这两种保证方式中，只能选择适用其中一种，不能同时并用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第六十八条人民法院、人民检察院和公安机关决定对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人取保候审，应当责令犯罪嫌疑人、被告人提出保证人或者交纳保证金。
