释义	劳动报酬是劳动者付出体力或脑力劳动所得的对价，体现的是劳动者创造的社会价值。《劳动法》中的工资是指用人单位依据国家有关规定或劳动合同的约定，以货币形式直接支付给本单位劳动者的劳动报酬，一般包括计时工资、计件工资、奖金、津贴和补贴、延长工作时间的工资报酬以及特殊情况下支付的工资等。工资是劳动者劳动收入的主要组成部分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
